Rick Williams is a partner in the Vancouver office of the national law firm Borden Ladner Gervais. He has been with the firm since 1999 and is the Regional Manager of the Environmental, Municipal, Expropriation and Regulatory practice group.
Mr. Williams has extensive experience in the oil and gas area, including advising on the regulatory approval process for facilities and pipelines. He has acted for clients before the National Energy Board, the B.C. Utilities Commission, the Alberta Resources Conservation Board and the B.C. Surface Rights Board and has appeared at every level of court in B.C. as well as in the Supreme Court of Canada.
