Through his career Dale has developed a strong reputation as a solutions provider by managing, presenting and delivering results through the evaluation of electrical utility rates, power purchase agreements, service offerings and power project development.
Dale's roles as a regulatory consultant has earned him the reputation as being a specialist in regulated environments, tariff development, economic evaluations, electricity generation development, utility option comparisons and re-negotiations. His knowledge and experience has provided him the opportunity to testify as a policy and expert witness before utility commissions across Canada, co-authoring numerous reports, advocating for legislative changes and providing evidence and arguments filed with both regulators and the courts.
Dale has a Mechanical Engineering degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Alberta.
